Footpath 54

"On 21st November 2023, a hearing will take place at County Hall, Trowbridge, to determine whether Footpath 54, a right of way allowing access from the Albert and Queen Victoria Road end of The Gap in Hilperton to Elizabeth Way, should be closed. A present, developers are seeking an Order that this right of way is closed and the footpath re-routed closer to the main road.

Anyone who has an interest in this Order can apply to the Planning Inspectorate to attend either in person or remotely.
